Latest changes made on this great looking sedan will include few embellishment details. The grill’s top corners are “cut-off” which gives the new A7 more modern feel, while keeping its edge at the same time. To make it appear more aggressive, designers decided to narrow its headlights. We have to mention that there are some differences between European and US variants. 2015 Audi A7 for US market now has LED headlights, while Europeans will have matrix LED lights as standard, which are, in fact, forbidden in the US. Both front and rear end of the vehicle have new fascias with rectangularly shaped ex exhaust ends. Equipped with this power unit A7 accelerates from zero to 60 in about 5.4 seconds, and its fuel economy rates are 18 mpg city, 21 combined and 28 mpg highway. Second available engine is optional 3.0-liter V-6 turbo-diesel with 240 horsepower and 428 lb-ft of torque. Better fuel efficiency is what instantly comes to mind when you see these engine, and it justifies it with its rates at 24 mpg city, 29 combined, 38 highway. It reaches from 0-60 in 5.5, which is nearly the same as gasoline engine, but with economy advantage on its side. Both engines of the 2015 Audi A7 are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift mode, and combined with Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system, which sends 60 percent of torque power to rear wheels, but it can be modified.  In its line up Audi offers engines with much more power in its S7 and RS7 variants, so speed-enthusiast can choose one of these models, which fit their needs.

The 2015 Audi A7 will have high class competitors, due to the fact that it is its league. One of its potential rivals is Porsche Panamera, which offers better acceleration time, or BMW 6-series Gran Coupe, which price tag is a bit higher than the A7. Third competitor that’s ranked the same is the Mercedes-Benz CLS-class, which is perhaps the most realistic and direct competitor. Among these great cars, there is little to judge by, so we believe that in the end personal preferences will be the main decider.

Its RS7 variant goes up to $105 795, but with just right amount of power and features to stand behind the price.
